Coaches & Staff - PINNE

Coaches & Staff

The PINNE program team is comprised of experienced and enthusiastic coaches and leaders. Each coach uses dialogue, appreciative inquiry, and non-directive coaching to help clergy participants think creatively, develop their own solutions, identify resources, grow professionally and spiritually, and maximize their creative and innovative potential. Coaching conversations and dialogue are designed to leave each clergy participant encouraged, refreshed, and inspired toward action.

The 2021-2023 PINNE Coaches are alums of the first PINNE cohort. They are active in ministry leadership and are coaches who “get it,” having previously gone through the program. They bring their experiences and wisdom to the table and are not afraid to try new things.
